Wellness & gear: 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging — email us and we'll send instructions.
Personalized items: made one-of-a-kind for your pet, so they can't be returned for change of mind — BUT if there's a print defect, damage in transit, or an error on our side, we'll reprint or replace it free, no questions asked. We make it right within 30 days.
