Make it yours

This product is personalized with your own pet. Order it the way you want it and we handle the rest:

1. Place your order. No need to upload anything at checkout.
2. Check your email. Within one business day we write to you asking for your pet’s name, or a photo if the product uses one. Reply with whatever you have, a phone picture is fine.
3. We send a proof. You see exactly how it will look before anything is printed or engraved. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.
4. We make it and ship it. Personalized pieces take a few extra days because each one is made for one dog.

Photo tips: daylight, pet facing the camera, and as little background clutter as possible. If your photo will not work well we will tell you before we print, not after.

Not sure it will look right? Ask us first, we would rather talk it through than have you guess.

When it arrives. This is made to order. Right after checkout we email you to collect the photo and the text you want on it. Printing takes 3 to 5 business days once we have that, then 5 to 8 business days for standard shipping inside the US. Nothing goes into production until your photo arrives, so the sooner you reply the sooner it ships. If you do not see our email within a day, check spam.

30 day returns. If it shows up damaged or the print is wrong, we replace it or refund you. Email barkablesupport@gmail.com and a person answers.
