This product is personalized with your own pet. Order it the way you want it and we handle the rest:

  1. Place your order. No need to upload anything at checkout.
  2. Check your email. Within one business day we write to you asking for your pet’s name, or a photo if the product uses one. Reply with whatever you have — a phone picture is fine.
  3. We send a proof. You see exactly how it will look before anything is printed or engraved. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.
  4. We make it and ship it. Personalized pieces take a few extra days because each one is made for one dog.

Photo tips: daylight, pet facing the camera, and as little background clutter as possible. If your photo will not work well we will tell you before we print, not after.
