Care

Spot clean with mild diluted detergent, then soak up to 15 minutes. Rinse in warm or cool water, pat dry with a towel, reshape and let it air dry.

Fit note: measure your pet before choosing a size. If you are between sizes or not sure, write to us and we will help you pick — we would rather answer a question than process a return.

1. Place your order. No need to upload anything at checkout.
2. Check your email. Within one business day we write to you asking for your pet’s name, or a photo if the product uses one. Reply with whatever you have — a phone picture is fine.
3. We send a proof. You see exactly how it will look before anything is printed or engraved. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.
4. We make it and ship it. Personalized pieces take a few extra days because each one is made for one dog.

Photo tips: daylight, pet facing the camera, and as little background clutter as possible. If your photo will not work well we will tell you before we print, not after.
